Slow server, viewing a web on their server makes you feel like you are still using a 9600 or slower modem.  Makes you wonder if they REALLY have an OC48 line like they claimed.

Really poor customer service, never return any email or call you back.   This is no joke I mean REALLY POOR (the word NONE better describe it).  Just imagine staying on hold and get disconnected. 

Security, or lack of it.  Anyone with a WHHQ account can goto other client's directory and have full access.  (I'm not a hacker, but all I have to do is exit to a parent directory and I saw a the list of all their clients)

Lack of and missing features that was advertised on their web page. Incuding email accounts, "Dedicated server interface", Front Page extension. "Secure Server"

Almost impossible to upload your files/web to their servers because of numerous problems including not accepting your correct logon info and extreme slowness

Client's entire site wiped out! Imagine having your webstore one day and the next day you goto your site and all you see is this screen: Noone was given any advance warning or appology
