Email me your experience with WHHQ

If you can, email me a good description of your experience with WHHQ. This can provide good reference if an action is to be taken against WHHQ

Keep Documentations:

Save all emails that you get from WHHQ such as reply (like there is any:), confirmation of account creation, billing etc..

Spread the world around about this website:

Here's a few good suggestion to spread the world out:
- Post a message on discussion/message boards
- If you can ask a webmaster to post it on their site.
- Contact clients from the WHHQ that I didn't list yet click here for instructions

Provide legal advice:

I already spoke with one lawyer and from what he told me I need to gather information and "witness" so he can see if we have a case. If you've been part of a lawsuit similiar to this or know of a good lawyer or familiar with the legal aspect of an incident like this I would appreciate your help.

How to contact members of WHHQ that I didn't list yet

I have did a ftp screen shot of all the directories of their clients (if you have a WHHQ account you can just ftp to the server and list it anyway). click here to download the files.
Look at their directory list under "www", "ww2", "ww3" etc.. you should see list of subdirectories. If you should see something like:
Now take a folder name, for example "popmagic". and put "www.popmagic.com" in your web browser and attemp to load the site. Three thing could happen:
a) the dread white screen
b) the site won't load
c) a website loads
If the website loads, goto their "contract" page and email the webmaster with a message that goes like:

Sorry for bothering you but I'm also a subscriber to WHHQ.NET web hosting service. anyway the server seeem to "crap" out and lost my site (along with alot others )
what happened this past 2 months to them / the server anyway? are they gonna restore our site back?

I tried emailing them and never got any reply (is it just me or they never reply to any email you sent them?) so I was wondering if you know anything since your site seem to be up.
IN case you're wondering how I know you're a member of whhq.net it was "listed" on the ftp directories.

I was on ftp going though the client directories and came across a directory name "bchbunny.com" and put www.bchbunny.com on my web browser and guess what I site I got on? hmmm.. ... .
